Second time the items have been sent out and they have either been scratched or too much glass in the hurricane candle holder. The candle will not stand up straight in the holder so cannot use. Really disappointing as they could have been great.

I was told at your store that the table I had ordered and paid for on 29th January would be delivered in 2 weeks. I subsequently received an email confirming my order. The email said that I would receive a text within 5 days confirming a delivery date. When I didn’t receive a text I telephoned yesterday to query, only to be told that there are supply problems and that I should have received a message telling me.that I will not receive a table until sometime in April. In the meantime I have gone ahead and sold my existing table. Despite promises to ring me back, to see what could be done to help me, no contact has been made. This is a very poor service. If only I had been told when I purchased the table that there are supply problems I would have accepted the wait, but to now ignore me is unacceptable

Shipping too expensive. Also if it was based on the size of the package and weight, the items themselves I ordered were packaged extensively, and unnecessarily. There was no need for all the boxing my items arrived in, which may cut some of the cost. The items were as described and the reviews by other customers were very accurate and helpful.

I really love the handmade effect my lovely brass candlesticks have, also the black and gold tea lights, a little disappointed as I thought the gold would shine through when lit.

I received my beautiful items in about a week and I’m across the ocean! I can’t believe how fast I got them and the shipping from UK to US was cheap! The items were well packaged and perfect and they are gorgeous. I wish everything they sold could be shipped. I will def buy from them again.

I knew the product, had already purchased two so I knew they were lovely. Decided I needed a third and it was delivered within 24 hours! Brilliantly efficient.

Good, prompt delivery.
However, on inspection of one of the items I purchased - glass and marble cake stand, both the glass and the marble are chipped. Highly disappointing on such a pricey item.
I have not unwrapped the mirror yet and I hope to not find similar surprises.

Beautiful plates arrived well packaged and undamaged. Love the finish on them and the size. Wish I bought more in the sale. Will have to buy the rest full price now!

I almost gave 4 stars because the cake stand base which was marble was not as perfect as I perhaps would have hoped for. I bought 2 the same (1 for a present) and they both had what look like cracks/splits in the marble in them across the middles. I figured that would be covered by a cake or food and that they didn’t appear to be a structural issue so decided to keep them. The items themselves are heavy (in a good way) and sturdy. Nice and deep so a taller cake would fit in. The look is very pleasing and overall I’m very happy with my purchase. The items came quickly. I was kept updated and they were extremely well packaged. Sadly this meant they had to use polystyrene in order to protect the glass domes and bases in order for them to travel unscathed. I have bought from Nkuku in the past and always been very happy with both the service and the products.

I received a Stunning and gorgeous Xmas present from my Step-daughter purchased from Nkuku. A simple but truly magnificent looking Narpala pot. I decided to add two more pots to keep it company. I am preparing a little Zen corner in our garden for the Spring and theses pots will definitely complement our garden. I already have my eyes on others for the future. Thank you
